If you’re feeling festive, you’re in luck. Toronto’s iconic Winter Village at The Distillery District is officially open for the season!
This week The Distillery Winter Village had its tree-lighting ceremony, sponsored by none other than Dior! Marking the beginning of the many holiday festivities in the district.
The Distillery Winter Village is a picture-perfect holiday experience where friends and family can shop a curated selection from local vendors and shops, dine at the many featured restaurants and outdoor bars, and of course, take pictures in front of the various insta-worthy installations.
This year there is a bit of a twist though. If you’re planning on visiting the Winter Village on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday after 4pm, you’ll need to purchase tickets. General Admission tickets cost $15 and kids 9 and under are free. However, if you’re visiting any other time, entry will be free.
From now until December 17th Distillery restaurants, cafés, and retailers are open from 10am to 9pm, and outdoor shopping cabins and food vendors are open from 12pm to 9pm. That’s plenty of time to shop and explore the village! And The Winter Village will be open until the new year; click here for all other hours and information.
Some of the featured activities include meeting Santa, live music, Carollers, themed photo ops, and so much more!
