The famous New York-based burger chain Shake Shack has announced plans to open a flagship location in Toronto in 2024 – which will be its first Canadian location!
Shake Shack is finally coming to Canada with plans to open 35 locations by 2035, Toronto being one of the first to open as a flagship.
What started out as a hot dog cart inside Madison Square Park in 2001, has grown into a popular food chain with locations throughout the world. Now expanding into Canada.
“We have been eyeing this incredible opportunity in Canada for quite some time and are elated to have found exceptional partners to serve Shack classics and bespoke Canada-exclusive items to our sophisticated neighbors to the north,” says Michael Kark, Chief Global Licensing Officer of Shake Shack.
Shake Shack is known for its menu items such as the ShackBurger, Chicken Shack, crinkle-cut fries, and more, which will soon be available for Canadians to get their hands on (without crossing the border).
